I do here by agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Robinson Heath Harvest Festival Committee, City of Robinson and their representative officers, agents, members and employees of any sponsoring organization and underwriters, individually or collectively, from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages and expenses, including court costs and attorney fees, incurred as a result of or related to and or participation in the event known as the Robinson Heath Harvest Festival
